"The zerg mediocrists get the jobs, and use it to not fulfil boss's wish but go for completing sheeple agendas. This often happens now as of February of year 2015, and has been risen since the 1960s. Often, the bosses get social (zerg) pressure from them on what to do, which is on an increasingly trend: higher and higher occurrence per year. It's almost as if zerg amass peasants are the boss, they give their employee the title boss and tell it which instructions to give to the "staff". And upon duty, they seek to complete zerg agendas, using their powers any they could get in that way, as oppose to the should-be, which is fulfilling the duty & responsibility of the given assignment."
