Technical Analysis on Roulette

Technically, the game Roulette at casinos has/uses unexpected outcome, and not random outcome. The unexpected-ness may be much enexpected that it seems random. True random would be gathering photon anglular momentum or something out of a single same light source. Roulette machines generate unexpected outcome, and it was enough for me to begin my profession as the Rouletteman.
