      Ever wondered and seen couple honest people that are homeless in the streets asking for getby is auto-rejected tauntingly by some?  It's 'cause those are the vicious hyena crackfiends that got them to that place in the first place.  A perportraitor certainly wouldn't be the helper in the same situation, now would they.   They didn't necessarily gave him the middle finger, but then do spiders and some awkward looking bugs ever give us the middle finger  ; )  and we know all what they would do

And watch how ugly these "people" are: once the government starts rewarding people actively in money for helping homeless, these ones would adapt.  They be calculating the effort and gains, and if it's worth it, watch these little disgraceful ugly fiends rush at it with utter mimikery.  And how did these "people" get into this society anyhow, how did they infiltrator and manage to blend-in for this long.  I bet Einstein didn't even know - and that's why there was a lack of public address of them therefrom.  

Some on the sides: about the effort and gains I've said, not that implies they always goes perfect everytime, they do make mistakes and poor performance with it - and as tranquil and twisted the world may be sometimes - this lack of perfection serves and had served as rather well camouflage for their true nature and bio-ugly (vile) intents.
