I normally do not give out charges to anyone, but what THeY had done was gone too far. How is that we can forgive you when you were first in attacking, first in excessive unfriendly gestures, and first in provokative behavior? Then that's criminal behavior by all levels. We normally give rooms for all kinds and variants of humanoid form, but this excessive above already red-line crossing on top of even more excessivism extremism is just enough.
