- operating on the edge of law, takes any and all illegal activity mismarked by law
- claims to be legitimate using variety of glutton pudgey ways, utter slimey and poisonous
- suppose they had power and influence of some billionaires, multi-front cataclysm begins
- state gives them credit, they take it, media presents them by mistake in good light, they chomps it down
