Selection of Candidates for Teachers

• the teacher position had been mistaken by previous regime administration as something not require the best brain there is. This will be changed - it's likely a combination of true ideas lost in transport which was right on and genuine mistakes - for example, due to lack of funding at the initial, they had to write (the top tier head masters of the whole clan) guidelines, their designs as recruiting teachers and be paying their income by this amount, forced to hide the true intent, so to cover up other things, namely their true intent and design approach, mindset and so on

• what's currently also missing is the lack of best overall quality of the candidate for these teacher positions. The current teachers spanning from kindergarden, their toddler stage to the high schools and then all the way to colleges have usually odd ones of the society, and never someone who is the best qualified,  they divide into these several types: geeky basement guy type; angry person type; unsocial type; cunning type.  While a normal person, someone worthy of example can never be found, if any at all in today's public schools.  Don't we want someone who is worthy example of a person for the generation of tomorrow? Someone who has all the qualities and demonstrated example-worthy leve of qualities, and not someone with just skill, a crooked dysalignment in growth, or severely handicapped in certain vital functions and aspects of a man?

• a teacher not only teach the lessons assigned to, but also the way of life. No matter how it is literally written to be only teaching the lesson and nothing more/further, it's evitablely the demonstration of perspective of life, outlook on life, general behavior, and the overall conduct as a person, as a citizen, as a member of a national body will be sipped through and delivered, seen as example from the teachings of those lessons - that is something not preventable, so might as well be going along with.  And when students see the teachers, they see them as examples, and not just, and could not be just robots delivering the designated specialized told lessons to cover - students will see not just the content of the classrooms, but more so, and had always been the conduct and way of life, the manner of the person that is the teacher in front!

— to put the plan in place, we will abide to these guidelines, drawn out from above thinkings, thought flow, so to speaks, for future teacher positions:

• the most qualified candidates shall be selected for further rounds of assessment

• and the job position teacher demands the most capable brain there is, and can be no lesser than that

— breach of the two above principles would in no way be a replacement or equalvalento
