The ruthless pazis (passive-aggressives) are still out there.  

Aided by Sauron's feeing tubes, they have reached the level of active sabotage, and not just (has surpassed) at the level of wishing for not the best of us.

The pazis are actively waging wars with us, in the most dispicable manner any civilizations would find.
