Rather than, durr, trying to prevent, combatting bribery and conspiracy deals signing and such for news writers, those employees, especially officer and director ranking employees in the state-employed news agencies the frontal way, how about sort it out through natural way - naturalize them, which can be done by placing news media position to its proper ranking - should be higher than present, durr, along with teachers and police officers - increase pay, designate and treat as a higher job position than before/current, right? Increase its level, so to speak in the higharchelon of ladder/ranking of jobs and work. Now with news agency employee positions at levels equal to president and generals, the combat to conspiracy deals can be / will be much lessens / needed now

The three are quite parallel:
- putting a small ineffective for combat dog in the house serves enough "afraid" sent to, durr, would be sent to any home intruders / unwated transpassers as if it's a vicious guardian wolf-dog
- similarly, having an alarm system that don't bash or take out the intruder in anyway whatsoever except the possibility of a recording and scaring them with alarms and loud sharp beeps, beep beep beep somehow scare them off enough as if it's a group of special trained unit as if
- so for military, we go there now, isn't it so true (then) that sending a threshold, based on percentage calculation about 25% of necessary troops stationed at somewhere, a strategic choke or point be enough? For serving the purpose of fending off small confrontations? Or in fact just merely 5% of the "normal adequate amount (value)"? This manuver, so to speak, resembles highly the Romance of Three Kingdoms compendium/tome's story and concept of Kong Cheng Ji (empty city, exteriorly looking as if so filled and stockpiled with arms) (banners lit up everywhere in the city, and dust cloud from the distance seemingly so like calvary movements) (banners and flags, drums on castle wall) (fake cooking pot numbers, trick enemies into guessing wrong number - giving off wrong intel and data / estimation)
Summary: an defending force of 1/19 is probably enough to fend off a raid group, though not good enough for stopping an actual utter-vicious skeletal invasion force. Similarly, a small dog that barks loudly is okay for scaring out thiefs, but not so suitable nor useful for keeping away vicious hungry deranged goblins. While also much in similarity, (similarly), an alarm system that beeps loudly and may record can do tremendous effect for its cost and expenditure and whatnot, while a real alarm system is needed for bulldozer invaders. Yes, for all the non-serious-vicious incidents, if these such are void, impossible to occur, potential with none, then surely those little things will do big damage, generate great input revenue for expenditure for sure, for their small volumn in net total of theirs.
