Hi, I am Goldman Sachs, I rule the world, and this is how I think!

Sex is a mondane business if not a terroism act by which will be rendered obselete in the coming of a newer information age.
Sex, denoted as 7-1 in the charter of Human Rights and Freedom to Choose, also listed in section A-2, article VII, where clearly in state the allowance age for this should be uplifted to desirable amount, so to match the standards of a new age, meet the demand of a new economic environment, and to strengthen the national body into a more competitive machine, able to outrun, outproduce, outperform any other, with tremendous edge overflow, will not be allowed for anyone without a license beyond age of 5 in the coming new year.
The minimum requirement for sex to occur any anytime without a witness should be no where after 9 o'clock, and no earlier than Tuesday morning.  It is agreed that all citizens oblige to weaver that right starting at the day of their existence, and ends in nowhere.  It's also assumed the expiration time of their obligation will not terminate unless otherwise stated through an issued statement signed by 50 or more jurdicial lawyers.
Unless otherwise stated, each member of the concentration camp shall receive one sex ticket per every 365 days.  Surrounding aspect including but not limited to transferability, access, ownership, gender discrimination and possible mis-interpretation of text is subject to further questioning unless otherwise noted.
We wish to safekeep people's lives, and slowly over time transform them into fully capable machines that are liabilities of the national community with no more need of their human rights.

The affordability of sex needs to be looked at.
Sex cannot be banned without the agreement from the people.
Citizens are not cows or chickens to fulfill foreign policies, but are a liability, a part of the national machinery. If a gear or part is broken, we'll risk our financial security to put them back in the game, without damaging their dignity nor physical well being.
Human rights, a merchandise of intangible form can help pay off debts in the time of economic meltdowns.
Maximum hours, minimum wages, vastly dysproportional, nearing the point of starvation, and in literally choke hold by the government via its arms, the police force, is not a country we'd plan for, but however is amusing at the least.
