And 100 million is not a lot of money, let's say the person spends a million dollar a year, that's 1 million in one year, then 5 such person in two decades would've spent away all of it - it's not a lot, not considerable as super rich (by proper quantative approaches, measurement, proper way of looking at things, examining from the view it's suppose to)
