First of all, it's the concentration camp brainwash and personality morph machinify system conveniently called "education system", with often a "the" somehow in the front together in the title, as the title.  This concentration camp national system provides, and has done so, has provided, much resources, of tremendous amount to these mass swarmlings, for who they are.  Textbooks, pencils, the organization and how it was built for them, them not having to chip in in any ideas in the design process and coming up with its designs and things alone was enough wealth for them counting those alone.  With the, plus the math lessons, English lessons, geography and access to all the quality teachers (relatively for their level0, it's even greater amount of wealth for these utterly reluctant and refusal learner wormism swarmlings types.  Let's run down a list, a thorough one of all the wealth they received (boosts they got) from the system:

• free textbooks
• access to quality teachers which they would never obtain, could, in natural order
• cafeteria food
• basketball court
• the surrounding facility, field, building
• facilities - water fountain, tap water, drinking water, toilets, electricity, heat during winter or chill during summer, air condition, cleaning detergent, soaps, electricity if I have not already mentioned, heat, and many other basic utilities
• english lessons
• math lessons
• broadened views - notice how the peasants from 1850s are utterly much dumber than these ones - how did these ones today know this much for their nature, for their spirit, for these glutton-type traited of theirs
• increased platform, received much goods in food, water, books, pencils, pretty much anything, any item in the school system was a tremendous elevationatorial gift to them - tremendous unbelievable wealth for who they are
• access to many teachers and college courses - again, for who they are, it's tremendously wealth, for our children, for right people, it may be deprivation or torture - like what great German scientist has said, Einstein: things are relative, of relative nature

Secondly, civil access.

Thirdly, business "laws" and "regulations", all of which, no surprise, under the Dominionlism era.  With the nonsense and absurd anti-natural order (malicious-smelly) law preventing store owners from dealing with unwanted customers and bargaining prices, it has given a huge room for syndicate business, mafia group, drug cartels, and many others - including the unwanted anti-social anti-nature anti-society swarmlings whom exploit this "feature" (for them) ruthlessly. For each time they go ruthlessly like this, on this, they will be met with similar ruthlessness, except this time, we will have scientist figuring out new ways to give them that show, that wanted and much needed expression for them!  The Swarm can keep on hogging and chewing on the wood beam, we'll give them roast then!~

Overall, the central point I guess is: the disorder shall end, be cleansed, eradicated, and wiped out off the face of this planet.

Of courseio, in every mention, surely there would be a conclusion followed-up, containing suggestion for some future plan or reaction towards it involved in there.  My suggestion is as follows: abolish all of these goods, access, services, whatever and whichever goods tangible intangible or not over short period of time, followed by surgical concentration camp (real this time) for these disobedient swarmling maggots. Their blood will be retrived back to the rightful owners - this may rebalance back to 15% of what they took, but at least it's maximum takeback that could be obtained.  As for international reaction toward this, it is my personal astonding hope for all to just standby and not comment, if not cheer, encourage, participant and begin in joint partnership in this great global cleansing movement.  Like any table that's not been kept well by a real owner of the throne (the house), the immediate clean-up followed onward may take some time before it's adequate level for precision tumour laser strikes - to remove the most sticky sticky ones (stains) - without the mop, them dust ain't gonna go~
