Never allow the fouls to slip one single time. Their entire concentration and effort of the Volk should be strictly on them - as in this way, the good and righteous naturally gets a counter-balance-listic encouragement and also receives protection, thus promotion (promoting the good), leading to good things. Setting rules and caring for the goods does nothing but deter and limit them, if not misdirect often. The good do not have to be cared for except during toddler years or if they ask for help. Through combatting and giving surpression the bad and foul, goodness is protected and guarded, and also elevated and promoted and encouraged. This is the way! Furthermore, the way should almost be sole, should be solely doing surpression to the bads - streams of it; endless; wave after wave; a continuous consecutive chain rounds of assaults on them.
