The harmony level index, based on several criterias and not limited to those: health, family values, tradition, ancestral power, strength, overall urban planning, scenery, tourism, popularity, multi-media, webs, and etc. has the highest point set at 100, while lowest point being 0, though below 50 qualifies for red alert mark.
