Contrary to what Kissingers think right now: the top strategy is not letting them play on slot machines therefrom idling their time thus we have prevailed.

But rather making them totally unhappy, straving them of all completion of their perspectives.

Going against the normal logic in events & matter such as these usually yield the ultimate best result. This paragraph was a reflection of that.
