Things spiralling out of control.  It's a father-less nation.

A pattern of many-wires stacked together leaves correlation of judgements difficult.

The cause and effect of events, the functions of green wire, blue wire and red wire become difficult to assess.

Any direct glance would yield results on average lesser accurate than plain guesswork (test choosing).  While careful assessment would reveal the answers.

Our society is in a similar situation.  Often, the favors done by the good folks' team end up attributed toward the yellow wire or the brown wire's effort.  A citadel could be operating within the chaotic pattern of wires being full throttle on subverting the society down to dread, opening wounds for new carrions to dug out, attracting new roaches, summoning new skeletons, and feeding pudges, and the appearance may be that they are doing 35% foul, and the other 65% on good.  Though of reality the goods happen to come from exlusively and vice versa from good folks.

• fixing the streets, reducing crime rates begin with questioning the bad person doing good, and ney the good person 'doing bad'
