Future / Soon Plan: The "Whynot' Tax

Being quick to words here:  the "whynot" tax shall be implemented real soon, as a part of the national economic recovery plan, a 5 year plan with nothing short of glory and goodwill.  An increase in tax shall be placed from the beginning date, without care for the victim's concern, for it is a whynot tax.  With the increase in tax, a small portion of this increased tax could be given to riot police's salary, which would result in only much stronger will of the riot police.  They will defend our citadel offices and even the tax agency offices themselves in much more vigurous manner, like a slave dog that were given good enough steak for its duty.  Should the riot police break in confidence in will, then this problem can be dissolved of ease by disbanding them, disqualifying them from their current positions, which may take a variety of ways, some of them include relocation, demote or suspension. While also shipping riot police from foreign country of origins to the same location.  Should this disapproval from the citizens arrive at national woldwide global scale, then an inter-exchange of riot shield police officers to each other neighboring nation, moving in rotation motion like a ticking clock, would resolve, pindown and then neutralize the dissaproval with relative ease.  Of course, the goal of these whynot tax isn't to set to be longing forever, but a policy of lasting a few decades, so as not to cursh and burden the citizens, but as to hinder them, and delaying any violent protests through that monetary financial sanction.  With the heavy taxation profit gained from the citizens, we could easily conceal ourselves into the shadows.  There can be no solution to our great plans, but only acceptance, and utter astonding obedience to our demands, and acceptance to our wrongdoings they will.  While the protests march onward without any arms to our riot police puppet dogs, as foolish as military soldier, they will only be serving our policy, matching to our prediction, and playing within our game - no answers we shall return during course, but a big "why not" pasted onto every single of our media broadcasts.
