— all of the unworking, indecent, vile traited; natured turds

— all scoudels and thiefs

— ones with foul and wrong intent that is beyond the red line

— all oddity, defects, cheaters, mouther types, laze types preaching the tolerance limit

     A age beyond age of adult is required, there would be a short and simple, simple but not reduced, process for determination of that.

When will this healing of mother nature's wounds event begin?

     Nearly everywhere.  If there is a zombie or ghoul, we would be there, expect us.  See local light blue ribbon officers or the office building for further guidance.

How much would this cost for taxpayers in total?

      None, it would nayt cost the taxpayers, as they are 100% paid by donators.  This cleansing involves delicately-weaved processes like labor work, biological recycle and such - we constantly follow the principle of turning everything into profitable business as much as we can.
