It's my complete enhanced belief that they should not be found guilty, for as long as it's an valid court.
James Holmes and both of the two have a lot to lose going on a paramilitary style engagement. It's only foolish choice if killing really was their intent
What happens in reality cannot be visually interpreted to fair accuracy, thus depend any decisions and judgements on, for thoughts cannot be read.
Elliot Rodger's lash out was a clearly failed one in all perspectives, if killing innocents really was his intention. Every person turned/on the dark side knows: it's actually way easier killing people by spamming harassments online than doing it riskly like that - the amount of true death cause would exceed 10 at the lowest variations.
Both James Holmes and Elliot Rodger likely were victims of several harassment. How does it feel if group of people just follows u around stare hostilely, ever threatening in utter disgusting fashion, repeatedly, one after the other, day by day, hours on hour - having each of them piled up dismissing it so nerved up as "social pressure" or "nothing". How does this make someone feel? Perhaps it was too much of a sympathize move not lighting those freaks of 2legs in fire in public, or dissecting them in middle of street intersection on both of their part.
The "killings" were clearly someone pushed too far due to years of compounding harassment from these virus-like some cancer freaks whom just won't stop no matter what. Did James and Elliot accomplish their goals? Nope, but we did get the message
Those that say otherwise to the apparent truth, and label them these two villains are either folks disconnected with the direction of civilizations, or are complete proportaitors who had done things very guilty in the past. We'd admire news network more if they highlight the torturous torturous bullying these victims had gone through
