3. Bart controls the money supply, he is got the printers
4. Bart plays the economy like his own video game
5. Bart gives money to certain monopoly, so that all other competitors to bankrupt forced to borrow from Bart's bank, which enables Bart to do more
6. Bart launches media and military strikes at any traitor to Bart's Order
7. All humans shall voluntarily obey Bart by force while given the illusion of freedom by captain Milhouse
8. Taxes and hidden taxes are paid in shorts and eaten by payee as obligation
9. Bart shall be the only level 99, while all others shall be given a value on assignment completion basis
10. Moe's liquor stores shall be a state monopoly
