The Way of the Leader

— the leader knows the in and outs of a human kingdom, its operations, functionalities, composition, dynamic flows and so on
— the leader is daily reminded that the organisms that excel at function solo-ly, might ain't be ones truly great for those types generally every time fail at working with teammates or community members. On flip side, those that work not so as "excellent" on solo, they function tremendously good in a team: take our bodily organs as perfect example - they ain't even worth nothing by themself, it's this teamwork they have with one another and unbond friendship we here talking, son
— the leader knows military strategies, have abundant knowledge, can swim nicely in politics, and shares diverse view from the people
— leader of premium quality are aware of thuggish ruthless crowds who barrage using loud mouths and jumpy actions, a true supportive crowd would be ones that look like pets of the state
