• Charging a small sum upon an earlier give-away is technically not a fee

• Charging a small sum on no early government hand-out sorta give away is a fee, let it be at airport, highway tolls or city infranstructure or environmental protection fees

• Those that put law into own hands without proper conduct and procedure-abidement are punishable via economic deprivation and halt, with infinite number of data factored into determining the outcome (the judgement)

• Those that try to undo injustice by ways of injustice will also receive economic sanctions

• Overall-ly, a proper economic system is one that self-heals.  This being one great guiding principle had always been followed but became forgotten treasure once age of literacy and the literalism way of thinking in particular came about.  Human language is one that is literal - the ideas are spoken out, and in loud tones, where as before languages were more so unspoken - by gestures, art forms, formalities, presentations or atmospheres.  In the transition from unspoken to spoken (literal), ideas and norms that had been followed in unsound ways became relic overnight, and relics that are buried specifically.  So, to achieve an economic system whether be it national, provincial or globe, the real way is to not think how it can be done but to unthink it.  A way to achieve this already exist: and turns out, hey, also in the unspoken language realm: to let the economy be natural, then the self-heal property would naturally "arrive" (ya, put the word arrive in quotation, ok, there, thank you)

• In further detail, to achieve a self-heal economic system, one leaves no abstructions, abnormalities or any artificial foreign elements to an already established and proven great (one that able to withstand testament of time) natural cyclic system

• A system like so is already existent, and had been the civilization's buddy since ancient times.  Anything artificial would require burdensome incremental maintainance, eventual reaching to a point of unpatchable/unfixable.  Also such an abnormal and foreign to nature system would sound greater on paper at times, showing the awareness the luring effect to be an extra dope. (setting this to be a priorty to abolish any non-sense tonguer statesmen from entering the government rooms) (gives this idea)
