Zerg's Backbone - Couple Things that are Handing Zerg Power

- firstly, it's the heavyload sum of police protection given to the zergs.  The way they are being protected is excessive way beyond above their surd or any normalis standard and perspectives or notions
- second, the way police handle situations, in particular life threatening situations.  Both active life threatening situations and preceived-probable life threatening situations fits with this (they fall under that same category mentioned, we felt the need to highlight).  Excessive suspicion, burden, plus potential for "accidents" are placed unequalled by the police in general to the non-zerg person involved.  On the other side of the shade, respect, friendship and cooperation is also dysproportionally distributed between the Zerg and the normal human whenever in those situations
- third, public notions, the commonly-held beliefs, which are the common and the norm in all major cities in this country, that regard every person as the same person; potrays such as being "equal"; calls the most unequal treatment as fair; holds same expectation as the lowest denominators of national population to every person; while treats the lowest denominator as the highest contributors; calls fairness over charging same level of punishment to an antisocial extremist as a humble shephard who had served abundance to the society  all indeed serve as excellent indication of Zerg's tremendous power.  They are great evidences in showing the amount of power they receive.  These often overlooked but critical in determining life public-shared beliefs hand Zergs tremendous power, and only to the Zergs - to no one else but the Zerg.  A great amount of their overlooked-ness come from Zerg's doings.  Those mentioned beliefs and social ntions combined make the Zergs reach over-power.

There are plenty other things that hand Zergs power, a whole list we could write enlist:
- from big things such as fire protection, health care management
- the way businesses treat strangers
- to small things anywhere from coffee prices to teacher's taught career practices
Overall, government policies such as education policies, employment policies, pension funds, income balance, police treatment of strangers, justice system play a far greater role, taking up a majority of weight in factoring out the results.  Interestingly, anything post-industrial age, these liberalism, modernism stuff, the stuff that were added on from later times and seem alien to Zelda or Pokemon world life all seem to had given tremendous boostings to the Zergs, and are still giving them advantages.
