   Is the crowd cheering, therefore showing support.

   Or, is the strangers (composed mob) intimidation, demanding ransom notes, tagging a lock with the prime minister?



edit note: can be intimidating also.  Intimidation word there works fine, as sounds better, and also runs right if sees its connective verb omitted.  The second spelling fix: 'with' replace with onto
