It would be an effective way to cancelate paper currency by revealing a film where the plot goes: purchaser at a meat store named Cow Bits goes in, asks the store owner how much, general purchase procedure proceeds  At the counter purchaser gives 5 white paper for the meat.  Store clerk refuses to accept, then the shopper says be right back, runs back to its apartment, typed some stuff on an old pre-LCD style computer, hit print button, runs back to the same store and says 'here you go', this time handing in the same white papers with elaborate patterns printed on it.  The store clerk accepts in general owe, being appreciative of his fast return plus the coming back with exchangable goods that have real value.


The film's target audience would be wide public, shown on mass media television, on prime hour.  Preferbly post regime upgrade, as current residents consist of majorly unreputable factions, factions of bands of unreputable characters.
