Child-level Scam - An Introduction

— taking master Panda's word for it, if a website promises but doesn't have elements of righteous, then cannot be guaranteed a trustworthy source
— sites and organizations like this is the actual reason many people fall for online scams, and not due to their inability to think or decipher fraud
— the entire page can be summarized into one single word 'yo I will lend you money if you need me, and I gon' charge you with a fee, you cool with that bro?'
— people that fall for it deserve to be scammed.  My personnal position on this is hostility for now towards sites like IMF, for I am somehow included in the retard category, for the lack of a better word, meanwhile absolute no reward has been received or will be given for my tremendous difference to those sheeples
— being a wise fellow I will reveal one large hidden part of this scam - the biggest reason most businesses or governments fall to borrowing money has to do with IMF's manipulation of price of certain base goods in the first place.  IMF may tweak up the price of oil forcing a government to borrow, once that happens, the rediculuns fees charged will be used to further the same doing again on some other government or corporation - and if the government find no way out, likely be forced to liquidate like owners of casa blanca, or usually forced to partially sell to banks (IMF's revisit, dressed in another clothing) some 20 or so years later after some wobblely struggle.

This priciniple helps in knowing who are out there and raising up guards for future invaders:
"The UN is IMF, and the IMF is US, Euro, UK and many investments scattered across the globe combined"  "Taliban and Al-Qaida were both imperial forces built by them originally that went rebel against later"
