Nations don't build on its own.
Leader is needed.
Substance already there, stuff, people, talented people, labor force. Now it takes augmentation to put these things in meaningful ways.
Like an arcane artist, we flow these substance called vok together, establish their links and synergy - that way, nation is found.
We have no need to do that, plus no time if we wanna win the race.
Use existent faculties, shells, bigger shells, piece if necessary, glue, augment, duplicate, shrink, enlarge upon needed.
Be a man, go bold with voice and projects, inspire those who can work with you. Appreciate young talented, raise them as own flowers.
Let the provincial governments orbit around the central state like planets around the sun.
World unification is our hope, world peace is our answer to war.

Setup doors and trapways for purpose of needing to elevate someone out of the company. Humans are like porks, they can sometimes cross farm barriers.
Evict corruption high potential ministers, run an list, full portfolios and documents. Let this unseen business take place in behind concrete thick walls, in the intelligence agency.
