Thanks to agrilculture and their terrorism (also their defence mechanisms and specialization in tricking (like monkey acts) ) they had succeeded in landing a foothold in the corners of civilizations. They used those bases to build up and expand eventually reaching today's number of 4.35 billion in total count.
