- propaganda has 3 basic attributes, they are: volumn, penetration, and effectiveness
- high penetration means the audience sees the message in clarity and can get the message
- effectiveness (not the best word, another word can substitute it) means the message has high persuation chance total per average 1000 person
- as for the last attribute left, volumn, well self-explainatory, means the amount of audience reached
- if anyone's propaganda messages or broadcastings score a 1 out of the 3, or 2 out of the 3, then it's not as effective as those ones, namely CNN
- though I myself do not side with CNN, from my judgement, they are still doing hell of a good job in manipulating most audience (and losing intellectuals (meaning anybody with decent self-direction and preception abilities here) meanwhile)
- volumn matters more than effectiveness, and effectiveness matters more than penetration
- scorew a high volumn, you likely win, and effectiveness and penetration, these attributes stacks on multiple of volumn, it's sorta like that mathematically
