Those strategies posted in public places are likely for commercial reasons, or contain much unreliable and un-thought-out or not yet proven content - they do not gain a profit in the long run (after $35,000 wager let's say)

Any activity similar to such nature cause enough loss (usually unware, due to mind cannot keep up and cannot keep track while all things are bombarded (information over-abundant), so no time, can't catch up to analyze, and the warning system don't trigger in such circumstances (about how that "convo" had ruined the composure) of composure that can serious damage the performance - they lower the defense of the player, the roulette pro, against the distractions, lures, soothings and such by the casino table (a big one, often not seen, the dealers are trained in such a way to ruin your play).
          Do not win, think not about win, but purely on performance - pretend it's some hater's money, and try to unwin, and dewin, and frostywin, and quarrelwin, and not try to win.
