Roulette - Analysis and a Study

Is it possible for a roulette wheel to be having 59 blacks and 29 red in a total of 90 runs/spins?
On math and from memory recall of all the experiences I've had thus far, it doens't seem so. For a 59:29 ratio of black to red means nearly 2:1 ratio. It's quite rediculous from memory recall of all the experiences. I had never witnessed such a happening, not one that's even close to it - the numbers never distant each other apart more than 18% at max after 90 spins certainly for sure. The 59:29 ratio is effectively a 30%+ vary from the supposed proper standard-o ratio 50 to 50, or 30 to 30, or 60 to 60.
So then the online casino software must've been crooked or rigged. Twice from the only times the wagers gone big, the wheel started working against the bet - purposely picking bets that were out of the line, sometime in ways of showing 4 consecutive of the same assortment of numbers, thus I received the 59 to 29 ratio in 90 total spins. If we extend the spins to earlier with my memory, then it's in estimation at least a 72 to 34 ratio - still very disproportion, too much from norm - an ultra rare occurence it must be - occurence equalavent to 2 royal flush in a roll I would say from my current experience and mastery of the roulette game so far.

An incident earlier recorded and observed provides further proofs: a consecutive 7 roll of 3rd column numbers is nearly mathematically rare, but has occured to me twice. The first consecutive 7 roll was an effectively 11 consecutive 3rd column roll with a 0 registered in between. Such rare chances of these occurences tells that the roulette online game (computer type) on that particular site thus far must be faulty.
      An thorough investigation is underway
