It's not a matter of desire or choice, when or who, but rather a comprehensive approach, a set of answers, a strand of possibilities stacked on together, held within, co-adhered adjacently, to answer this major, big, and yet small, and unworthy problem.

All that oppose the Global Protectorate Force, all that offend the GPF in other words, will be dealt with in the best economic, political, juridicial, and social ways possible. We shall deal with each tumour with surgical detailed insertion - with refinement; great accuracy one could expect in all and every of our actions for providing answers to these problems. It is our foremost objective to protect the security of our nation, and the vital interests of our people. If such a case is found, and has been proven to be guilty after approval of the legislative assembly party, then the state gains the right to resort to the maximum damage procedures - namely, thermal chemical weapon usages. All such entities, whether made up of individuals, bands, or a mixture, cannot obey or disobey - they simply would have all their rights, from rights to defend, from rights to plea, from rights to waiver, all uni-laterally and unconditionally removed.  In the case of a mistake on our parts, we shall do our best to heal and compensate them, however their assigned priority value will not exceed that of the mission to destroy the tumours, even in the case of an overwrite. Offenders will be shown no mercy, and be provided with greatest care of all - a free ticket to heaven. Though we would like to be nice to them, however for those deemed to be extreme hostile to us, they shall be treated with extreme prejudice.
