▀ People may not be able to write articles or analytical essays about it, but they can feel and can express in basic terms.  They can detect when it's a bitterness-stemmed policy or government-persued social shift.  One must foster in inner resolve, and be always doing things via encouragement - never, not a trace of disapproving others or similar mishaps and deeds-doings.  People wanna see national leaders be a man and bolster up - if stuck in bad situation - take the right way out, like a man, like a tiger - not self-bitter, never adapt by eating up the bad seeds of sorrow, of disbelief and so on.  They wanna see a federal leader that can withstand, and do the right thing - this comes foremost, befores capability, for a man without a righteous heart will not even do it to begin with, won't even try, he won't
